I have four kiddos and love throwing parties, so I am constantly getting these types of decorations packages. I have purchased A LOT (shhh don't tell my husband). While the tassel DIY component is not my favorite I will say the tissue paper was SOLID! Guys you have to understand the amount of curse words that have left my mouth with previous other brand purchases over shredded, poor quality tissue paper or losing balloon after balloon... Let's just say I had a G rated experience assembling and prepping for my 8 year olds birthday! The quality is really good and this is an honest review from a frugal paper decoration obsessed mommy of four!!

Just understand that you have to put everything together when it gets to your house so plan accordingly.

Loved it but a lot of diy work the tassels were just a piece of tissues paper and ripped extremely easy. Definitely only a one time use decoration. The ribbons to tie the tissue balls were fraying. Had to tread the Ribbon through the happy birthday sign. The only thing that came ready to hang was the dot banner. Just put aside some time to put the decorations together.I knew the tissue balls and the balloons would need work but thought everything else was ready to hang.

Took time to assemble but loved the colors and styles.

When you first open the package the peach looks horrible! BUT, stick with the easy but long process of separating and assembly and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. So cute!!!!

It's a little deceiving in the picture for the tassle garland. Makes it look like theres more than there actually is. If you space them out far enough, it works out perfectly. Beautiful decor regardless!

Bought it for my coworkers birthday. Colors are as advertised. Very well made.
