Game changer, when you are feeling sick. It actually tastes pretty good if you wanna take a shot daily, for preventive measures. The health benefits and vitamin contain is exactly what I need to feel better fast. Been using this for over 20YRS. The quality is great. It dissolves quickly, even in cold water.
