Full disclosure, I'm 38 years old, and just wanted the nostalgia trip of glow in the dark stars, like I had as a kid (I don't have children of my own). This product is superior to the old ones in every way (and I can confirm that, because I found a few of the old ones in some toys I was donating).I use two LED black light fixtures to charge them, shown in the first picture. When I get up for work at 5 in the morning , after 7 or so hours with no black light, I can still see them, even as the first smidge of light is coming in through the windows. They are super bright! The glow lasts plenty long, but they need a good charging; you only get out the energy you put in, and white light is low energy, compared to UVA of a black light.I was surprised at how small they were compared to the old ones, but actually I like it better that way. They cover way more area as tiny stars, and there are still plenty of bigger ones for variety. I'm only using about half of them. The planets are very nice, and a good size. I wish I had a few shooting stars, but, no big deal, they weren't included in this pack. It looks great on my ceiling.The sticky tack for me was perfect. I had no issues. It was soft, sticky, and I only used about half of it. (Again I only used about half the stars.)Overall I recommend for your kid, but steal a couple for yourself if that's your thing.

I used to have these in my bedroom when I was a kid so when I got my own grown-up apartment the first thing I purchased were these glow-in-the-dark stars it comes with 500 And I still haven’t used all of them the tape or glue on the back works really well without ripping off the paint from the walls And they shine really nice in the dark. They’re not like annoyingly bright where I can’t fall asleep, but also gives just enough light

Absolutely love these! There is a ton of stars and I mean a TON! I almost kicked myself on getting the big pack because I was getting tired of hanging them up. I was able to cover my sons entire room in stars, every wall and even the ceiling, plus I had extras to put in my daughter's room on the ceiling and one wall as well! When given time to charge they have a nice glow to them and my 5 y/o said it looked like his room is in outer space. There's multiple sizes and even the sun, moon, and planets. Very cool gift for kids! There was plenty of the adhesive for all the stars (a little goes a long way)

They work pretty well. You have to expose them to direct sunlight in order to get them to work and they only light up for a couple hours. But still easy to apply. Just make a note of that if you have blackout curtains or want to put them somewhere they won't be exposed to sunlight(indirect sunlight works too) but a ceiling fan light doesn't do anything for them

The media could not be loaded. Great product! Kiddos loved it and were so excited to sleep under the stars! Do charge them with light and the glow is amazing! To stick is a gum like paste and is enough for all of them.

Wonderful! Easy to put up and you don’t need much of the tacky stuff either. My son loves them. They glow brightly with just his windows open during the day for charge.

My kids love the stars, however they were also really excited about the star guide and constellation map that were supposed to be included in the set. Unfortunately both items were not in the box. All we got were the stars and putty. We love the stars but were really looking forward to being able to identify them and learn about them. If not for that, this would be a 5 star rating
