It’s often found in energy drinks that gets you going. Digging deeper, Taurine plays a role in achieving & maintaining a healthy body composition. It does this by digesting fat & absorbing fat soluble minerals. Taurine also regulates mineral balance, especially calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium.• Taurine is also a popular training aid for weight lifters and other athletes. It performs as a cell volumizer, drawing water into the muscles and leading to greater nutrient absorption. As mentioned above in my pros section, this is unflavored & does NOT have any chemical taste, in fact, this is truly unflavored & mixability is very good. Came well within the expiration date & very cost effective. I will continue to buy this & I highly recommend this.—————————————---———————-— Personal Note: ——————--———————————--————• As mentioned above, I use this very often. I will take 2000mg and add it to my pre-workout, that is of course, if my pre doesn’t have an adequate dose in it already. I do not use this on Non-training days but you definitely can.

I don’t usually write big reviews, but let me tell you this stuff is amazing. I have been taking it for a little over a month with my iodine and copper supplements and it has completely cleared up all the sun damage on my face! Gone! I had a dark mole that appears and was eventually going to see a dermatologist about it, but in less than a month it’s gone. All the dark sun spots on my shoulders and arms are going away as well. I am amazed at how fast this stuff started to work. I wish I would have started on this years ago.

The pouch food I use for my cats each morning doesn't have taurine, and since it is necessary for healthy kitties, I add a bit of this powder to their breakfast. I'll definitely buy again when needed.
