This spatula is very thin to get under delicate foods and flexible. Love it.
I initially bought this spatula for use with my wok, but have since found it to be useful for so much more. It is lightweight and flexible, but this is the beauty of it. It won't work for moving or flipping heavy foods, but that isn't it's purpose. This spatula is 8" excluding the handle on the longest side and 3" wide at the end. I have included picture of me holding it to give the measurements some perspective. What I love about this spatula is:1) The end is extremely thin making it very easy to get under delicate foods like eggs and thin fish filets.2) It is flexible so getting under foods in a pan or casserole dish is much easier.3) It is stainless steel so it won't rust.4) The rubberized handle is easy to hold and not slippery when your hands are wet. I wouldn't recommend leaving the handles resting on a hot pan, but that is true for the handles of many utensils.4) The angle of the end makes it easy to get to the edges of pans and into the corners of casserole dishes.5) The slight bend in the spatula facilitates getting it under foods.5) The slotted design drains grease and other liquids.Although I originally bought this spatula for use in a wok, I can see so very many uses for it. I have both nylon and silicone spatulas I have used for turning eggs. Both are difficult to get under eggs because the eggs stick to them and the ends are too thick to get under the eggs. In addition, the ends of the nylon and silicone spatulas eventually degrade and start losing pieces into the food. The flexibility and thin edge makes this spatulas easy to turn eggs.I have also found the large size and thin, flexible edge makes it much easier to turn large, thin filets of fish, such as petrale sole. I have also found using this spatula easier to get foods, such as lasagna, out of a casserole dish. Another great use for this spatula is for turning sandwiches such as patty melts and ham and cheese sandwiches that need a large spatula to turn them without them falling apart. These are only a few of the uses I have found this spatulas work best. I am finding new uses for them almost every day.Needless to say, I do recommend this spatula. It has more than surpassed my expectations. I hope this review was helpful for you. I will update this review if my opinion of this spatula changes.

Wish they had shown the back of handle
Don't like the recessed edges. Would prefer solid or smooth, hard to clean food splatter from edges. Thin and not as sturdy.

Great for fried fish and chicken.
If your fry in cast-iron skillet this makes flipping and removing food easier.

Best tool
This is one of the best, most useful tools in the kitchen. You’ll find uses for it you never knew you needed. I can’t describe why, but it’s far superior than any spatula I’ve ever used. You won’t be disappointed.

I like this better than I thought I would
I got because the spatula's I had work draining oil when I need and were mess, they also were thick enough that sometimes they caused more problems than they solved.I had seen this before on Amazon, but told myself the LAST thing I needed was another kitchen utensil! After destroying beautiful Blueberry/almond pancakes. I broke down and placed the order,The other night I was making a BLT. I cook my bacon in my air fryer because it comes out perfect! Not burnt, totally crispy-perfect. But getting it out of the fryer is a problem. This little darling, slipped right under 5 slices at once. I lifted them up and watched all the grease drain off the bacon into the drip pan. There was barely any oil on the paper towel I had put out for the slices to drain on. I am glad I got it!!

Not bad, but not that sturdy
I like these fish spatulas quite a bit, but if you stress them much, they will bend. Not flex, bend. As in, you have to bend them back to their original shape. If you don't plan on pushing them much, they should do fine, but be aware of their somewhat flimsy structure.

Not flexible
Unfortunately this is not flexible, as a chef I would expect flexible to be what it states. You can bend it firmly with your fingers
