I bought this for my 14 year old son who has braces and plays lacrosse and football .They are constantly losing mouth guards on the field, and he keeps these in his bag as back up. They’ve actually become what he uses most of the time.

I have been a team mom for 7 and 13 years olds and the fit is perfect for both ages. Soft comfortable design.

These mouthpieces are great for backups. I keep extras with me for players who forget or lose theirs. My only complaint is that they’re not individually wrapped. I’ve ordered them previously and they were individually wrapped, making it convenient to put a couple in my purse, sports bags, even give a couple to the coaches. With these I can’t do that

Either I have an unusually large mouth or these are just a little small for an adult to use. The other guards I have ordered in the past were quite large enough. I use these for sleeping so I don't grind my teeth.
