I’ve tried the 5mg version of these OLLY sleep gummies before, and while they helped me fall asleep, I’d always end up waking up in the middle of the night. But this 10mg one? Totally different story. I take it and I’m out in like 15 minutes, and the best part is that I actually stay asleep the whole night.It doesn’t make me feel weird or groggy the next day either, which I was kind of worried about at first. I just wake up feeling rested, not like I’ve been drugged or anything. Although it works well, one ingredient this contains is Sugar alcohols (Erythritol) which can caused indigestion problems and heart problems., Going forward, I’d rather not risk it.

The best sleep aid I have ever tried! I'm pre- menopausal and have been having trouble falling asleep for months now. I tried a few products so far that weren't completely effective. The Olly maximum strength gummies have worked consistently well, since I started taking them. I take 2 about 30 minutes before bed time and I fall asleep 5- 7 minutes after I get in bed. I stay asleep the entire night and rarely wake up during the night. I sleep 8-9 hours now on average. I'm grateful to have found this product. Before I started taking these, I couldn't fall asleep until 3-5 in the morning and there were some nights I couldn't fall asleep at all. It was frustrating and exhausting. Now I sleep perfectly. These are amazing. They not only make you sleepy but keep you asleep. Most melatonin doesn’t keep me asleep. But these do the trick.
