Definitely recommended!!!! I was getting so tired mid day, sleeping terrible, no energy at all. A friend recommended this and by day 2 I felt like a completely different person. Finally sleeping well, had energy to get through the day and its helped curve my appetite.

I have a deficiency in B vitamins due to being a vegetarian. This provides a good amount of nutrients. I like that they are methylated as my body has a hard time absorbing B9 and B12.

Excellent alternative for holistic health

This is the best Methylated B complex I have found. I like that it has all 3 - forms of B12 and the B6 is in the P-5-P form and folate instead of folic acid is so important. If you have genetic polymorphisms or you don’t everyone’s body will absorb in these forms. Thanks for making a great product. We also sue the sublingual drops with folate and B12 and they are also great.
