OK, I gotta admit I was rather put off at first by the strong "medicine" scent, but it soaks in quickly and most of all....IT WORKS! I had a temporary fly issue.....those tiny flies that are too quick for the zapper.swatter thingy I have, and skilled little devil warriors at night!NO, it was not bed bugs. That was the first thing I thought of, but after checking my almost brand new mattress and bedding...NOPE! But those little flies seem to come from nowhere into my clean apartment, and they wouldn't be able to find their way out if I had the front door the size of a barn door! I never leave my door open (can't anyway, because it's auto-close), well.....except for a couple times a month when I have to open the door for the Amazon Fresh man and present ID sometimes for the wine. ;)Soooo, the little samurais seem to have retreated for now. But I'm stuck with itchy bites. The Benedryl cream was OK, and smelled nicer, but not as effective as this gel. The scent dissipates after awhile anyway, so I'll stick with the product that works!

I bought this when my poison ivy first started showing. At first I didn’t find it “immediately” relieving so I tossed it aside for good ol calamine lotion but soon the damage really started to show and the blistering stage began. The burning would wake me up in the middle of the night and I couldn’t get back to sleep from it. I began to get desperate and gave it another shot.It sounds like it works quickly for bug bites but for this bad of a case of poison ivy it takes like 10-15 minutes to really kick in. It brought the itchiness down to a light tingle and I was able to get some relief and sleep through the night.I highly recommend it and at this price it’s probably safe to pick up just to have on hand.

I will never spend another summer without this amazing gel. Stinging and biting insects caused me so much aggravation before finding this product. Kids don’t mind it because it doesn’t sting. A nice cool gel, could be a little thicker but it does stain and it’s not sticky. The tube is easy to carry in a pocket, back pack or beach bag. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have used this product for years. They changed the package colors. I love how it works EXCEPT:They need to put cellophane safety bands around the cap or a foil cover on the opening for safety purposes. CGMP. I worked for Pharmaceuticals for over 20 years. I ordered a second tube after discarding the first ordered and the second arrived the same way!

Im about the whitest white person youve ever seen. Any bug that flies immediately makes a b-line for my direction the second i step outside, including mosquitoes. Got bit all over my ankles just by glancing at the outside world and was so itchy for so long afterwards. Ordered this stuff bc it would be here the quickest and hot damn does this works wonders. I almost cried from relief. Not sticky, not thick, easy to use, perfect size for a to-go bag for camping or any other travel that includes the outdoors. Dare i say this is better then calamine lotion. Stopped me from having those red splotches on my ankles that you get when you scratch mosquito bites too much, which im also thankful for

What a life saver! My son go into poison oak while fishing. This helped him stop itching fast and wasn't to sticky. Plus, the bottle in a tube is easy to use. If is a large tube and will last a long time. Loved that I could get exactly what i wanted quickly and at a great price.

I have allergies and use all of the Benadryl products because they are very effective for severe allergic reactions. After I moved to Texas I was struggling with mosquito bites. I got this to help relief the pain and itching and it worked. Nothing else would help.

This item really works, so 5-stars on the item. However, the tube containing liquid gel was delivered unboxed with no safety seal in a standard Prime plastic bag which had already been torn open at the top. Since it's not so easy to open one of these bags without scissors, there is some concern about this item having already been opened and used. Gel leaked and pooled inside the cap may have been caused by lack of protection and weight being applied to the tube in shipping but who knows? Definitely not the packaging I would have expected for this type of item. Unless you're ordering several items that might all arrive in a box, I would not order this item by itself.
