I've been taking ON Multi for several years now and its easily my favorite Multi-Vitamin. I do not have any issues swallowing the capsules as some do. Vitamins are potent and work very well. These are pretty beefy vitamins. Size and quality. The size are big but slim enough to be reasonable to get down your throat. The taste is a little medicinal but what do you expect of a vitamin? The effects are crazy, I took them consistently, then missed a week and my immune system was susceptible and I felt that twinge knowing some sort of cold was coming on. Immediately restarted my consistent intake of the vitamin and it really worked on turning around my immune system. I’m someone who gets sick relatively easy, so if I stand by something to help alleviate or prevent getting sick, then you know it really works. It really does help with your overall health it terms of mood etc.

These vitamins are some of the only vitamins that i've tried that generally do give me an enhanced energy level and focus that I would expect a high potency vitamin to give. There are a few basic tests to a vitamin -1) does it stink? yep, Opti-Men definitely stinks, meaning that it's got active nutrients in high enough potency to do something for you. It is also a good sign that the capsules aren't sprayed or sealed by something, which can mean unbalanced absorption in addition to unnecessary powder additives.2) if you take a full dose on an empty stomach, do you feel queasy? yep, definitely take this with a meal, in general you should to better improve absorption anyway, but if a pill this supposedly potent doesn't leave you a little off if you take it with nothing else, chances are it isn't even dissolving properly.3) does the vitamin improve sleep patterns or energy over time? Really, I would only take something that had some noticeable effect on me, which is often the sleep cycle. Without these, i tended to have a higher amount of bad-sleep days in a week (3-4 vs. 1-2 now) and lower energy during the day, especially after lunch. These tend to keep me going, i feel my body is better utilizing the food i'm giving it (which tbh is usually kind of terrible, carb overload and unbalanced), and if i miss a few days now it's abundantly clear that i'm much better off with these than without.The only way these could get a higher rating is if they managed to get all this into a single capsule per day, and if the cost dropped another $3 per month, but it might simply be impossible.

Has nearly every vitamin, and package came a lot sooner then expected. Pills aren’t that bad to swallow for there size, but definitely legit. Great for before or after workouts especially with food for digestion. I can feel an improvement in energy almost immediately both mind and body. 10/10 definitely recommend but I wouldn’t take more then 1 a day.As for negatives I noticed it can cause diarrhea and dehydration, another reason I would only take 1 a day
