Good product.

I've been using Biotin tablets every day for a year now and my hair has grown much faster, but mostly, it's so much thicker, healthier and stronger. My natural curls also hold much better. My skin has also been massively improved. Highly recommend

I’ve been taking these for four months & can definitely see some difference with the growth in length of my hair.If people are wanting thicker hair I don’t think this is going to help, mine is really thin after years of colouring & use of heat though, so hasn’t made much difference on this but I’m only four months in.My nails, which were always brittle, soft and would chip and break are now strong and grow quickly so would recommend buying them just based on this.Good value for money for twelve months supply. Worth trying as reviews seem to be mixed and could be different with each individual.They are, despite what some people say, odourless and have no taste whatsoever 👍

I've been using Biotin tablets for just coming up to a year now, but I've been using Nutravita Biotin tablets for the last 6 months. I decided to start using them because I'm nearing 50 and my hair's thinned out quite a bit since my 30's particularly around the temple area. I had no great expectations of what would happen so I've been greatly surprised that my hair's gotten a lot thicker I'm constantly seeing new baby hair's growing. On top of which my hair's healthier, shiny and my hairdresser now tells me I have medium thickness hair as opposed to always having thin hair. Other benefits...my nails are very strong now and grow so quickly, my skin is healthy and glowing. I literally have nothing but praise for these tablets, on top of which there a years supply, one a day, tiny little tablet so easy for swallowing. I will say, don't expect overnight miracles it takes time but I noticed a difference after the first 3 months. I waited so long to write this review so that I gave the tablets time to do there job, and I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

This product smells and tastes awful. Even with the lid closed my cupboard still smells.I also experienced nausea when taking these on an empty stomach.Nails seemed to grow quicker.

Unfortunately, for me, this supplement didn't work. I used it for a couple of months to be certain - you need to allow your nails to grow right from the base before you can see results - but everything went downhill, and kept getting worse. My nails returned to being paper-thin, and began to tear deep into the nail bed. The ones that managed to grow beyond that point, split and tore, catching on everything. I had to be careful what fabrics I wore, and had bandaids on my fingertips a lot of the time. My hair began to fall out in handfuls again. It used to always be like this, but I've been taking a supplement for years, mainly for my nails. (I hadn't realise just how much it had helped my hair until I stopped taking it). I was looking to find something new, and this seemed too good to be true. Sadly for me - it was. I tried doubling the dose, as one other reviewer did with success, but tiny white cysts began to form on my face - 2 of them on my eyelid. They disappeared quickly after I stopped taking it. I'm attaching a pic of the ingredients of the supplements that I've now gone back to. I buy these in Germany, but the ingredients are pretty easy to understand. If you're low on vitamin B, Biotin might be all you need to get good results. I'm glad for those people who benefit from this product. It's so inexpensive!

UPDATE: I've noticed that I've broken out in acne within the month of taking the tablets. I'm male and almost 40, and never had problems since a teenager. Yet since taking these I've had 3 really huge painful spots, 2 of which were almost like mini bruises, one above my eyebrow, others on the cheeks.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Can't comment on the nutritional gains just yet. But first thing you notice is the odour when you open the tub. Smells like a mild stink bomb, but it's tolerable if you don't keep the lid open too long. Couple tips: for the same reason, swallow the tablet immediately otherwise you risk your mouth smelling the same. And close the lid tight otherwise your cupboard will start smelling too!Crazy yes, but the smell must be related to one of the other ingredients. I've been sticking with it for a few weeks, hope to see some benefits. Finger nails are growing quicker though, just hoping to see benefits on my hair now!
